before visits, it is recommended to ventilate the property;
in the case of consecutive visits, these must be scheduled with an interval of time useful to prevent customer overlaps;
if the property is inhabited, the owner / tenant, where possible, will be invited to remain outside the property (garden, terrace / balcony, etc.) for the time necessary for the visit / inspection;
